After the session there's an affirmations section. This contains the positive verbal and visual messages for your imagination to absorb. To keep you relaxed while viewing these messages we show you beautiful video images of the English countryside, mountain streams, sunlit lakes, golden sunsets and gentle rolling waves. The images were chosen in conjunction with our hypnotherapist, they are exactly the type of things he asks clients to imagine when visiting his therapy center.
