the main hypnotherapy session there's an affirmations section. This contains the positive verbal and visual messages for your imagination
to absorb. To keep you relaxed while viewing these messages we show you beautiful video images of the English countryside, mountain streams,
sunlit lakes, golden sunsets and gentle rolling waves. The images were chosen in conjunction with our hypnotherapist, they are exactly the
type of things he asks clients to imagine when visiting his therapy Center.
It doesn't matter whether you are open minded or skeptical about hypnotherapy, as long as you follow the easy instructions on the DVD, your imagination (subconscious mind) will absorb the feelings and emotions created by the therapy session and bring about changes to your thought processes, values, perceptions and beliefs.

Our hypnotherapy DVD series are a unique audio-visual
experience. Each disk consists of a “main therapy session” which lasts between 25 and 30 minutes, this is a full professional
session with our resident expert hypnotherapist, Rod Piggott, which will address your chosen subject.
You then spend 20 minutes each day watching either of the “affirmations sections”, these are designed to build upon the
work done in the main session, producing powerful changes within you that build over time.
Then once a week you play the “Staying on Track” section to help reinforce your success.
